Fido Wallet app for iPhone and iPad

FIDO Wallet helps you manage your banking account, top up your mobile phone or pay for internet services without visiting the bank! In addition to that FIDO Wallet enables you to conduct any transactions with your accounts while staying in Payments or Money transfer menu.

See below what you can do with the basic FIDO Wallet features (available to all app users):
1. Check balance and transaction history for prepaid “Shtuka” card and “MoneXy” electronic wallet.
2. Transfer money from prepaid “Shtuka” card to any bank account within Ukraine.
3. Transfer money between MoneXy wallets.
4. Pay your bills to service providers (household services, internet, TV, mobile etc.) from prepaid “Shtuka” card or MoneXy wallet.
5. Create convenient templates for the regular payments.
6. Check foreign exchange rates in FIDOBANK as well as the official NBU rates.
7. Do the math with the FX calculator.
8. Keep in touch with FIDOBANK over the phone or by e-mail.

Those of you who have at least one FIDOBANK account can additionally do the following:
1. Check balance and transaction history for all your FIDOBANK current, card, deposit and loan accounts.
2. Check info about all bank cards attached to your FIDOBANK accounts.
3. Transfer money between your FIDOBANK accounts as well as to prepaid “Shtuka” card and MoneXy wallet.
4. Transfer money from your FIDOBANK account to any bank account within Ukraine.
5. Pay your bills to service providers (household services, internet, TV, mobile etc.) from your FIDOBANK account.

To register in FIDO Wallet visit your FIDOBANK branch and register the “Green number” service that enables you to use your mobile phone number as the client ID.
